JOANNE ANDRIGHETTI
BRIEF BIOGRAPHY
and ARTIST STATEMENT
Joanne Andrighetti is a glass artist, fabricator and educator who has been working in glass for 40 years. A graduate of Sheridan College’s 3-year Crafts and Design program, she operated a hot shop in Vancouver and produced a line of work which was sold throughout North America. She has taught both glassblowing and flameworking, has been a teaching assistant at the Pilchuck Glass School, a juror for the Canada Council for the Arts and a lecturer for the Glass Art Association of Canada. She is a founding member of Terminal City Glass Co-op in Vancouver, BC.
